Frequently asked questions
Answers to the questions we hear most often. Is your question not listed? Feel free to get in touch.
Are your tickets official?
Yes. We supply exclusively official tickets and hospitality, directly through clubs and recognised partners. No grey-market resale: your places are guaranteed and registered in your name where the club requires it.
What does a hospitality package include?
A premium seat with service around it: access to a lounge or skybox, fine dining and the best views in the stadium. The exact contents differ per stadium and are listed per package; we always talk you through it personally.
How and when do I receive my tickets?
Usually digitally as an e-ticket or mobile ticket; at some clubs with a physical card or temporary club card. The delivery method is listed with every match. You receive your tickets no later than a few days before the match, together with practical information.
What happens if the match is rescheduled?
Kick-off times can change because of television schedules and cup fixtures. Your tickets remain valid for the new date; there is nothing you need to do. As soon as we hear, we let you know, and we adjust the hotel and transport in your trip where needed. If the new date does not suit you, contact us and we will see what is possible.
Is paying at TFTA secure?
Yes. You pay in Stripe's secure payment environment, with iDEAL or credit card. Your card details never touch our server. After payment we check availability and let you know within one working day whether everything is confirmed; if it does not work out, we refund the full amount.
Can you host groups and companies?
Certainly, that is our speciality. From a skybox for your key clients to a fully arranged weekend for the whole team: we tailor for groups of 2 to 200, with one point of contact and one invoice.
Will we be seated together?
Yes. Seats are supplied in pairs or as an adjoining block, exactly as stated with the category. For larger parties we agree the seating plan with you in advance.
What is the difference between hospitality and a regular ticket?
A regular ticket gives you a seat. Hospitality adds service on top: a premium seat, access to a lounge or business area, food and drink, and a separate entrance. You are also there longer, usually from two to three hours before kick-off.
What if I cannot get in with my ticket?
This should not happen, because we supply official tickets only. If something does go wrong at the turnstile, call the number in your travel information straight away. We are reachable on matchdays and will sort it out on the spot with the club or our partner. If it turns out the fault was ours or the supplier's, we will put it right; what that means in practice depends on the situation and we will discuss it with you.
Do I get a refund if the match is called off?
If a match is called off, it is almost always replayed at a later date. Your tickets remain valid for that rearranged fixture and we take care of the transfer for you. If the match is definitively not played, or you cannot make the new date, please contact us; we will look for a solution together with you and the club and tell you where you stand. Hotel and transport follow their own cancellation terms, which we state in advance in your proposal.
Are travel, hotel and transport included or booked separately?
Either works. You can book tickets or hospitality on their own, or a fully arranged trip with hotel, transfers and transport. With a package the proposal always states exactly what is and is not included, so there are no surprises.
How does a bespoke request for a corporate group work?
Tell us which fixture you have in mind, how many of you are coming and what the occasion is. We research the options and send a proposal setting out the choices, the prices and what is included. Once you agree, we handle the organisation with a single point of contact and a single invoice. We work with groups from 2 to 200 people.
How do you handle my personal data?
We use your details to process your request or booking and to keep you informed about it. We share names with the club or our ticketing partner where they require this for entry, as many clubs issue tickets in the holder's name. We do not sell your data. What we record and how long we keep it is set out in our privacy statement.
