What is football hospitality?
Football hospitality is a matchday experience that combines a premium seat with full service: access to a lounge or business area, food and drink, and often extras such as parking or a programme with former players. You are at the stadium far longer than for the match alone, usually from two to three hours before kick-off until an hour after. Where a regular ticket gives you a seat, hospitality gives you a fully hosted afternoon or evening.
What is included
Packages differ per club, but these elements come back almost everywhere:
- A premium seat, usually central or on the first tier
- Access to a lounge, business club or box, well before kick-off
- Food and drink, from drinks and canapés to a full dinner
- A separate entrance, so you avoid the crowds at the general turnstiles
- Staff who welcome and guide you
- Often: parking at the stadium, a matchday programme, and sometimes a guest speaker or former player

Types of hospitality
Clubs use different names for similar packages. These four are the most common.
Lounge or club package
More extensive: a dedicated lounge, often with a hot meal and a programme around the match.
Executive box
A private space for your own group, with its own catering and often a balcony. Suitable for groups of eight to twenty.
VIP and directors' level
The top segment: the best seats, a dinner, and sometimes access to areas shared with club officials and former players.
What does it cost
This varies widely by club and by fixture. A midweek league game is a different price bracket from a Champions League night or a derby.
In our current range, hospitality runs from around € 110 to € 9,500 per person. Most packages fall between € 400 and € 890. Regular tickets start at around € 30.
Three things drive the price: the club, the opponent, and the package. For the biggest fixtures, hospitality is sometimes the only way in, because regular tickets are reserved for season ticket holders.

Who is hospitality for
- Companies and client entertainment. A match is an informal setting where conversations happen naturally. The space and the time either side of the game make the difference.
- Groups who want to sit together. With regular tickets that is not always guaranteed for busy fixtures.
- International visitors. If you travel especially for a match, you often want more than ninety minutes.
- Special occasions. A birthday, an anniversary, or a gift people remember.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a dress code?
Most clubs apply smart casual in the lounges. Away shirts are usually not allowed in business areas. VIP packages are often more formal. We confirm the dress code per package.
Can I book hospitality for one person?
Yes, at many clubs. Executive boxes are let per box, so those suit groups.
Is hospitality always more expensive than a regular ticket?
Yes, but the comparison is uneven. With a regular ticket, food, drink and parking come on top. With hospitality they are already included.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes, we always provide an invoice. For the tax treatment of client entertainment, please check with your own accountant, as this differs per country and situation.
Can hospitality be combined with travel?
Yes. We can also arrange transport, hotels and transfers around the match.
