Cookie policy
A cookie is a small file that a website places on your computer or phone. We use as few of them as possible.
What we always place
These cookies are needed to make the site work. You do not have to give permission for them, and without them the site does not work properly.

A signed-in visitor is never served a cached page, so one person’s details never end up with another.
What we place only if you give permission
We measure how the website is used so that we can improve it. For that we use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity.
On your first visit you get a panel at the bottom of the screen where you choose. Refusing is exactly as easy as accepting: two buttons of the same shape and the same size. As long as you choose nothing, nothing is measured and no request whatsoever is made to Google or Microsoft. If you choose to refuse, it stays that way.

Microsoft may also place its own cookies from the address clarity.ms, to tell real visitors apart from automated traffic.
What Microsoft Clarity does exactly
Clarity goes further than ordinary visitor numbers, so we explain that separately here.
Clarity records how you move across a page: where you take the mouse, how far you scroll, where you click and how large your screen is. From that we make two things: heat maps, which show which parts of a page are used, and recordings of a visit, in which those movements are replayed.
What is not included:
- We mask the text you type. Your name, address, email address and telephone number therefore never end up in a recording.
- No audio is recorded and nothing is done with your camera or microphone.
- Your payment details never pass through here, because you enter those at Stripe and not on our site.
What we use it for: seeing where visitors get stuck. A button nobody finds, a form where people stop halfway, a page that turns out differently on a phone than intended.
Microsoft acts as our processor in this. What Microsoft itself may do with this data is set out in its own privacy statement.
Third-party cookies on our pages
When you check out, you go to the secure payment page of Stripe. Stripe places its own cookies there to prevent fraud. That happens on Stripe’s page, not on our site. What Stripe does there is set out in Stripe’s privacy statement.
Changing your choice
At the bottom of every page there is a link that lets you make your choice again. So you can always go back from accepting to refusing, and the other way round.
Refusing or deleting cookies
You can delete cookies yourself through your browser settings. If you delete the cookie tfta_klant, you will be signed out and will have to request a new sign-in link. If you delete tfta_toestemming, you will see the choice panel again.
