The Stadio Olimpico Grande Torino is one of the oldest stadiums in Serie A. It opened in 1933, hosted matches at the 1934 World Cup and was given a new roof and a new upper tier for the 2006 Winter Olympics, when it staged the opening and closing ceremonies. It holds about 28,000.
The name honours the Grande Torino, the team that won five consecutive league titles in the 1940s and died in the Superga air disaster in 1949. That history still lives on at the club and among its supporters, the granata. The most important match of the year is the Derby della Mole against city rivals Juventus.
Turin is a beautiful destination with wide boulevards, museums and a stadium that is easy to reach by tram. The city has its own airport, Turin-Caselle, and the Porta Nuova and Porta Susa stations, with fast trains to other European cities. We can also put together a tailor-made football trip with your ticket, accommodation and transport. Tickets for ordinary league matches are often available; for the derby it is different. We arrange official tickets and hospitality with a confirmed seat.
The Stadio Olimpico Grande Torino is on Via Filadelfia, in the Santa Rita district, just over three kilometres south of Porta Nuova station. Tram 4 runs from Porta Nuova to the ground in about fifteen minutes. From Porta Susa you take tram 10, or you travel by metro to Vinzaglio and change there to line 10. Bus routes 14 and 63 also stop nearby.
At Torino, hospitality is based in the business seats and skyboxes of the ground. The difference with a regular ticket is the seat and the service: a good seat, a separate entrance and food and drink in a lounge before and after the match. In a stadium with so much history, it is a comfortable way to experience the game, especially for a corporate guest or a group.
This is the lowest price per type in our current range. The two figures may come from different fixtures, as prices vary considerably by opponent.
Come well before kick-off and travel by tram, as the stadium has no car park of its own and the roads are busy after the match. From Turin-Caselle Airport a train runs to Dora station in the city in about twenty minutes; from there you continue on line 10. We can put together a tailor-made football trip with your ticket, accommodation and transport. If you want to make a day of it, visit the Mole Antonelliana, the Egyptian Museum or the Basilica of Superga on the hill above the city.
For ordinary league matches there is often availability. For the Derby della Mole against Juventus and matches against the big clubs they go quickly; a package with a confirmed seat gives certainty then.
The price varies by opponent and by stand. This page shows the current from-price per type once we have availability for a match.
On tram 4 from Porta Nuova station, in about fifteen minutes. Tram 10 runs from Porta Susa. The stadium has no car park of its own, so public transport is the most convenient option.
It is the derby between Torino and Juventus, named after the Mole Antonelliana, the best-known building in Turin. It is the most important match of the year for Torino supporters.
Since 2016 the stadium has carried the name of the Grande Torino, the team that won five consecutive league titles in the 1940s. On 4 May 1949 the whole squad was killed when their plane crashed into the Basilica of Superga.
