The Merck-Stadion am Böllenfalltor is the home of SV Darmstadt 98, the club known in Germany as Die Lilien. Football has been played on this site since 1921. The old ground has been fully renewed in phases, and since 2023 there has been a modern stadium with four covered stands and room for 17,810.

Another route is the Odenwaldbahn train to TU-Lichtwiese station, followed by a walk of about fifteen minutes.
