Fir Park has been the home of Motherwell since 1895, the club nicknamed The Steelmen. The name comes from the steel industry the town was long known for. The club play in claret and amber and have been owned by their own supporters since 2016. The ground is all-seater, holding just over 13,500.
Motherwell play in the Scottish Premiership in 2026/27. The busiest matches are against Celtic and Rangers, when Fir Park is full. The historic rivals are Hamilton Academical, from the neighbouring town; the match between the two is called the Lanarkshire derby.
Motherwell is close to Glasgow. The nearest airport is Glasgow Airport, and trains run frequently from Glasgow Central to Motherwell. We can put together a tailor-made football trip with ticket, accommodation and transport. Tickets for ordinary league matches are often available; for the big matches it is different. We arrange official tickets and hospitality with a confirmed seat.
Fir Park is on Fir Park Street, just over a kilometre from Motherwell town centre. The nearest station is Airbles, on the Argyle Line to and from Glasgow. From Motherwell's main station, on the West Coast Main Line, it is about a fifteen-minute walk through the town centre. By car, the ground is close to junction 6 of the M74.
At Motherwell, hospitality is based in the suites and boxes in the main stand and the other stands at Fir Park. The difference with a regular ticket is the seat and the service: a good seat, a reception of your own and food and drink before and after the match. It is a comfortable way to experience the game, especially for a corporate guest or a group.
This is the lowest price per type in our current range. The two figures may come from different fixtures, as prices vary considerably by opponent.
Come well before kick-off. There is no car park at the ground; you park in the surrounding streets, so the train is easier. From Glasgow Central the journey to Motherwell station takes about fifteen minutes to half an hour; Argyle Line trains also stop at Airbles, which is closer to the ground. If you fly to Glasgow, Motherwell combines well with a stay in the city. We can put together a tailor-made football trip with ticket, accommodation and transport.
For ordinary league matches there is often availability. For matches against Celtic and Rangers and for European nights they go quickly; a package with a confirmed seat gives certainty then.
The price varies by opponent and by stand. This page shows the current from-price per type once we have availability for a match.
