Venezia tickets and hospitality

Venezia play at the Stadio Pier Luigi Penzo, on the island of Sant'Elena on the east side of Venice. The ground opened in 1913 and holds just over 12,000. That makes it one of the oldest and smallest stadiums in Serie A. You cannot get there by car, but by vaporetto (the water bus), Sant'Elena stop, or on foot along the water. Because of the limited capacity, tickets go quickly for matches against the big clubs, such as Inter, Milan and Juventus.

Tickets for Venezia with us from € 51 per person.

The Stadio Pier Luigi Penzo is one of the most remarkable stadiums in Europe. It sits on the edge of the lagoon, on the island of Sant'Elena, and can only be reached by water or on foot. It opened in 1913 and, after the stadium in Genoa, is the oldest stadium in Italy still in use. It holds just over 12,000.

In the 2026/27 season Venezia play in Serie A, the Italian top flight. That means Inter, Milan and Juventus also come to the lagoon, and in such a small ground those tickets go quickly. The club is building a new stadium on the mainland at Tessera, which is scheduled to be ready in 2027.

For a visitor, a match here is a unique experience: you travel to the ground by vaporetto. You arrive via Marco Polo Airport or Santa Lucia railway station; we can put together a tailor-made football trip with ticket, accommodation and transport. Tickets for ordinary league matches are often available; for the big matches it is different. We arrange official tickets and hospitality with a confirmed seat.

The stadium and how to get there

The Stadio Pier Luigi Penzo is on the island of Sant'Elena, on the east side of Venice, next to the Biennale gardens. There are no cars; you get there by vaporetto or on foot. ACTV lines 1, 4.2, 5.2 and 6 stop at Sant'Elena, a few minutes' walk from the ground. From St Mark's Square it is about half an hour's walk, along the Riva degli Schiavoni waterfront. Many supporters get off one stop earlier, at Giardini, and walk the last stretch.

Hospitality at Venezia

At Venezia, the club offers corporate hospitality in the ground. The difference with a regular ticket is the seat and the service: a good seat and food and drink before and after the match. In a small ground like the Penzo these places are limited, so for the big matches it is wise to book early. It is a comfortable way to experience the game, especially for a corporate guest or a group.

Practical information for matchday

Come well before kick-off, as the vaporetti to Sant'Elena are full before and after the match. Allow 15 to 30 minutes on the water from the centre, and longer from Santa Lucia station. Only the main stand is covered; bring a raincoat in bad weather. From Marco Polo Airport you continue over the water, by water bus or water taxi. If you want to make a few days of it, we put together a tailor-made football trip with ticket, accommodation and transport.
