St Mirren Park has been the home of St Mirren since 2009, one of the oldest clubs in Scotland, founded in 1877. The ground replaced Love Street, where the club played for more than a hundred years, and is about one and a half kilometres from that old site. It holds almost 8,000, spread across four stands.
St Mirren play in the Scottish Premiership. The matches against Celtic and Rangers draw the biggest crowds; then the ground is often full. The traditional rivals are Greenock Morton, from the same Renfrewshire area. The club in black and white stripes have won the Scottish Cup three times, in 1926, 1959 and 1987.
Paisley is easy to reach: Glasgow Airport is in Paisley itself, and the train from Glasgow gets there in fifteen minutes. We can put together a tailor-made football trip with ticket, accommodation and transport. Tickets for ordinary league matches are often available; for the big matches it is different. We arrange official tickets and hospitality with a confirmed seat.
St Mirren Park is on Greenhill Road, in the Ferguslie Park area, north-west of Paisley town centre. Paisley St James station is across the road. Trains from Glasgow Central towards Gourock and Wemyss Bay stop there, about every half hour. From Paisley Gilmour Street, the town's main station, it is about a 15-minute walk or one stop by train. By car, take junction 29 of the M8.
At St Mirren, hospitality is based in the hospitality suite of the main stand. The difference with a regular ticket is the seat and the service: a padded seat in the main stand, a separate entrance and a meal with drinks before the match and at half-time. In a small ground like this it is a personal way to experience the game, especially for a corporate guest or a group.
Travel by train to Paisley St James; you will be at the entrance within a few minutes. After the match the platform can be busy, and Paisley town centre is also within walking distance. Glasgow Airport is in Paisley; bus 757 runs from the terminal to Paisley Gilmour Street station. If you want to make a weekend of it, Glasgow is close by train. We can put together a tailor-made football trip with ticket, accommodation and transport.
For ordinary league matches there is often availability. For the matches against Celtic and Rangers they go quickly, because the ground is small; a package with a confirmed seat gives certainty then.
The price varies by opponent and by stand. This page shows the current from-price per type once we have availability for a match.
