Parken is Denmark's national stadium and the home of FC Copenhagen, the club founded in 1992, the same year the stadium opened. It stands on the site of the old national stadium, the Idrætsparken. Parken has a retractable roof, hosted the 1994 European Cup Winners' Cup final and the 2000 UEFA Cup final, and was one of the venues of the European Championship in 2021.

FC Copenhagen play in the Superliga, Denmark's top division. The biggest match of the season is the derby against Brøndby, the club from the suburb of the same name west of the city. Then Parken is full and the B stand, behind the goal, sings for the whole match. European nights also draw a big crowd.

For a visitor, Copenhagen is a pleasant destination: a compact city with plenty of water and green space, and a ground that is quick to reach by metro. Copenhagen Airport is close to the city, and by train or metro you are in the centre in no time. We also put together tailor-made football trips, with ticket, accommodation and transport. Tickets for ordinary league matches are often available; for the big matches it is different. We arrange official tickets and hospitality with a confirmed seat.

The stadium and how to get there

Parken is on Øster Allé in the Østerbro district, north of the centre of Copenhagen and right next to the large city park Fælledparken. Metro line M3, the circle line, has three stops nearby: Trianglen, Poul Henningsens Plads and Vibenhus Runddel. Østerport station, served by S-trains and regional trains, is about a fifteen-minute walk away. From City Hall Square in the centre it is about twelve minutes by bike.

Hospitality at FC Copenhagen

At FC Copenhagen, hospitality is based in the business seats and lounges of Parken. The difference with a regular ticket is the seat and the service: a good seat, a separate entrance and food and drink in a lounge before and after the match. In a stadium with such a loud home end it is a comfortable way to experience the game, especially for a corporate guest or a group.

Practical information for matchday

Come well before kick-off and travel by metro or S-train, as parking near the ground is limited. After the match Trianglen gets busy; Poul Henningsens Plads or Vibenhus Runddel is sometimes quieter, and Østerport is also an easy walk. From the airport, take the metro or the train to the central station, København H, and change there. If you want to make a few days of it, we put together a tailor-made football trip with ticket, accommodation and transport. Fælledparken next to the stadium and the city centre with Nyhavn combine well with the match.
