Bologna, Italië

The Stadio Renato Dall'Ara is one of the oldest stadiums in Italy. It opened in 1927 under the name Littoriale and was one of the first stadiums where the stands were part of the architecture. The brick Torre di Maratona is still its landmark. It holds just over 36,000.

The most important match is the Derby dell'Appennino against Fiorentina, the club from the other side of the mountains. Against Juventus, Inter, Milan and Napoli the ground is also full and the atmosphere is at its peak.

Bologna is an attractive destination: a historic centre with miles of porticoes, a renowned cuisine and a ground that is quick to reach by bus. Guglielmo Marconi Airport is about seven kilometres away; we can put together a tailor-made football trip with your ticket, accommodation and transport. Tickets for ordinary league matches are often available; for the big matches it is different. We arrange official tickets and hospitality with a confirmed seat.

The stadium and how to get there

The Stadio Renato Dall'Ara is on Via Andrea Costa, in the Costa-Saragozza district, about three kilometres west of the historic centre. Bus route 21 runs from Bologna Centrale, the central station, to the Stadio stop in about fifteen minutes. Route 14 leaves from the centre, including from Via Rizzoli. From the airport, route 77 runs via the station to the Montefiorino stop, close to the ground.

Hospitality at Bologna

At Bologna, hospitality is based in the main stand, with access to a club lounge where food and drink are served before the match, at half-time and after the final whistle. The difference with a regular ticket is the seat and the service. In a historic stadium like the Dall'Ara it is a comfortable way to experience the game, especially for a corporate guest or a group.

Practical information for matchday

Come well before kick-off and travel by bus, as parking near the ground is limited. Bring a valid original ID; at the entrance you may be asked for a document that matches the name on the ticket. The station and the airport are close to the ground, so you do not need a car; we can combine your ticket, accommodation and transport in a tailor-made football trip. If you want to make a day of it, Piazza Maggiore and the Two Towers are a short bus ride away.
