The stadium opened in 1923 and, since the new stand 2 opened in December 2025, holds around 21,000. You can reach it on tram 5, at the Deurne Antwerp Stadion stop. For the games against Club Brugge and RSC Anderlecht and for European nights tickets go quickly.

The Bosuilstadion, known locally simply as the Bosuil, is the home of Royal Antwerp FC. The club were founded in 1880 and carry registration number 1: they are the oldest club in Belgium, nicknamed The Great Old. The stadium opened in 1923 and hosted the replayed final of the European Cup Winners' Cup in 1964 and a semi-final of the 1972 European Championship. Since December 2025 there has been a new stand 2, and the ground holds around 21,000.

The games against Club Brugge, RSC Anderlecht and KV Mechelen are hugely popular. Antwerp play in the Belgian First Division. The club have many season ticket holders, so there is limited room for individual tickets.

Antwerp is a pleasant city for a weekend, with an old town and a famous Central Station. From Brussels Airport the train runs to Antwerp-Central, and we can put together a tailor-made football trip with ticket, accommodation and transport. Tickets for ordinary league matches are often available; for the big matches it is different. We arrange official tickets and hospitality with a confirmed seat.

The stadium and how to get there

The Bosuilstadion is on Oude Bosuilbaan in Deurne, a district in the east of Antwerp, about 6 kilometres from the centre. Tram 5 stops close by: at the Deurne Antwerp Stadion stop, or at Deurne Hermans. The tram runs there directly from the centre and from the Astrid premetro station by Antwerp-Central. Bus 19 stops at Deurne Bosuilplein. At the ground there are bicycle racks that are supervised during the match.

Hospitality at Antwerp

At Royal Antwerp FC, hospitality is based in the business seats and lounges of the ground. The difference with a regular ticket is the seat and the service: a good seat and food and drink in a lounge before and after the match. In a compact stadium with plenty of atmosphere it is a comfortable way to experience the game, especially for a corporate guest or a group.

Practical information for matchday

Come well before kick-off and travel by tram, as parking at the Bosuil is limited. The club designate extra parking on the Gosselin site, reached via Belcrownlaan. After the match the tram stop gets busy; the Deurne Hermans stop is an alternative. If you are coming from further afield, Antwerp-Central can be reached by train from Brussels Airport.
