Roazhon Park is the home of Stade Rennais, the club from the Breton capital. The ground has stood on this site, on the Route de Lorient, since 1912, and was completely rebuilt between 1999 and 2004. Roazhon is the Breton name for Rennes. The stadium also played a part in the 2019 Women's World Cup, hosting a quarter-final among other matches.

The most charged fixture is the Breton derby against FC Nantes. Games against other clubs from Brittany and the big Ligue 1 matches also bring a full house and a strong atmosphere. The crowd is passionate, but matchday is generally relaxed.

Rennes is a pleasant city for a weekend, with an old centre full of half-timbered houses. The TGV takes about an hour and a half from Paris Montparnasse to Rennes, and Rennes Bretagne airport is around six kilometres from the city. Roazhon Park is on the Route de Lorient, in the west of Rennes, about two and a half kilometres from the centre. The Vilaine flows along its south side. The nearest metro station is Cleunay on metro line b, about a fifteen-minute walk away. Bus line 11 runs from République and the station to the ground. On matchdays extra stadium buses run from République.

At Stade Rennais, hospitality is based in the business seats, lounges and boxes of Roazhon Park. The difference with a regular ticket is the seat and the service: a good seat, a separate entrance and food and drink in a lounge before and after the match. In a compact stadium like this it is a comfortable way to experience the game, especially for a corporate guest or a group.

Come well before kick-off and use public transport, as parking near the ground is limited. The stadium buses from République are the easiest route; from Cleunay metro station it is about a fifteen-minute walk. If you travel by train, you arrive at Rennes station, about an hour and a half by TGV from Paris Montparnasse. We arrange the ticket and help you think through the hotel and the journey, which you book yourself. If you want to make a day of it, the old centre with its half-timbered houses and the Parlement de Bretagne are well worth seeing.
