The Riverside Stadium was one of the first modern grounds to rise in England after the 1990s, and it symbolises the revival of Middlesbrough as a club. Its setting by the River Tees, in an industrial environment that reflects the identity of the area, gives the ground its own character.

Middlesbrough have a loyal support from the north-east, following the club through highs and lows. When it is full, the atmosphere is outspoken.

For a visitor, Middlesbrough is easy to reach and the ground within walking distance of the station. Tickets for ordinary league matches are available fairly regularly; for the top games it is different. We arrange official tickets and hospitality with a confirmed seat.

Come well before kick-off and travel by train to Middlesbrough, a ten to fifteen-minute walk from the ground. Bring an ID. If you want to make a day of it, the centre of Middlesbrough and the north-east coast are close by.
