The Weserstadion is one of the most atmospheric grounds in the Bundesliga. Its setting right on the River Weser, with the water just behind the stands, gives the walk up to a match its own character. The facade of solar panels that lights up at night makes the ground recognisable.

Come well before kick-off and travel by tram from the centre, as parking near the ground is limited. Bring an ID. If you want to make a day of it, the Marktplatz, the old town hall and the Böttcherstraße in the historic centre of Bremen are close by.
