The Abe Lenstra Stadion is the pride of Friesland. SC Heerenveen is more than a club to the province; it is part of the Frisian identity, and you notice that on a matchday from the flags with the Frisian pompeblêd on the stands. The atmosphere is warm and friendly, with a loyal support from across the province.

The ground is spacious and clear, and it carries the name of Abe Lenstra, one of the greatest footballers the Netherlands has known. When it is full for an important match, the atmosphere is outspoken.

For a visitor, Heerenveen is easy to reach by train, and the ground is within walking distance of the station. Tickets for ordinary league matches are often available; for the top games it is different. We arrange official tickets and hospitality with a confirmed seat.

試合当日の実用情報

Come well before kick-off. By train you get off at Heerenveen, a fifteen-minute walk; on matchdays buses run too. Bring an ID. If you want to make a day of it, the centre of Heerenveen and the Frisian countryside are close by.
