Adams Park has been the home of Wycombe Wanderers since 1990. The ground is at the end of an industrial estate, against the wooded hills of the Chilterns. Before that the club played for almost a hundred years at Loakes Park, in the middle of the town.

Wycombe Wanderers were founded in 1887. The nickname The Chairboys refers to the furniture industry High Wycombe was known for. The club won the FA Trophy in 1991 and 1993 and entered the Football League in 1993. In 2001 Wycombe reached the semi-final of the FA Cup and in 2020/21 the club spent a season in the Championship. Oxford United are the biggest rivals; they also play in League One in 2026/27.

High Wycombe lies west of London and has a fast train connection with London Marylebone. Heathrow is the closest; we can put together a tailor-made football trip with ticket, accommodation and transport. Tickets for ordinary league matches are often available; for the derby it is different. We arrange official tickets and hospitality with a confirmed seat.

Adams Park is on Hillbottom Road, at the end of the Sands industrial estate, about 3 kilometres west of the centre of High Wycombe. The M40 motorway is close by. High Wycombe station is in the centre; from there, take the bus or a taxi. Walking is possible, but allow just over half an hour.

Arrive well before kick-off. The ground is at the end of a dead-end road, so after the match it takes a while for the traffic to clear. Plan your return journey with plenty of time as well.
