The Weston Homes Stadium is the home of Peterborough United, known to fans as Posh. The club have played there since they were founded in 1934; football has been played on this site since 1913. Everyone still knows the ground as London Road. It holds just over 13,500. In the 2026/27 season Peterborough play in League One, the third tier of English football.

The match that stands out is the Cambridgeshire derby against Cambridge United. The meetings with Northampton Town, the Nene derby, also have a long history. The club are proud of a record from 1960/61: in their first season in the Football League, Posh scored 134 goals, a Football League record.

Peterborough is on the East Coast Main Line. Direct trains run from London King's Cross, and there is a direct CrossCountry train from London Stansted Airport. The Weston Homes Stadium is on London Road in Fletton, on the south side of the River Nene. Peterborough city centre is on the other side of the river, via the Town Bridge. Peterborough station is about a ten-minute walk away. Walk along Bourges Boulevard to the large roundabout, take the pedestrian underpass and then cross the river; the ground is then on your left. A taxi from the station takes a few minutes.

At Peterborough United, hospitality is based in Club 75, the Executive Suite and the private boxes of the ground. The difference with a regular ticket is the seat and the service: a good seat, lounge access and food and drink before and after the match. In a compact ground like this you are close to the pitch, which makes it a pleasant way to experience the game, especially for a corporate guest or a group.

試合当日の実用情報

Arrive in good time, especially for the derby against Cambridge United. There is no public parking at the ground on matchdays. The Pleasure Fair Meadow and Railworld car parks on Oundle Road are opposite, but the train is the easier option. If you are coming from abroad, London Stansted is a convenient airport: the CrossCountry train gets you to Peterborough in just over an hour. If you want to make a day of it, the cathedral and the old centre are within walking distance of the ground.
