Kenilworth Road has been the home of Luton Town, nicknamed the Hatters, since 1905. The name comes from the hat-making industry Luton was known for over centuries. The ground sits among the terraced houses of Bury Park and has just over 12,000 seats. In 2023/24 Luton were still playing Premier League football here; in 2026/27 the club are in League One.

Kenilworth Road is one of the most unusual grounds in England. The entrance to the Oak Road End is built into a row of houses; visitors reach the stand via stairs alongside the homes. The Bobbers Stand houses executive boxes. The big historic rivals are Watford. The club is building a new stadium at Power Court, in the centre of Luton, which is due to open around 2028.

Luton lies north of London and is easy to reach. London Luton Airport is close to the town; the DART shuttle train links the terminal with Luton Airport Parkway station, from where Thameslink runs to Luton station and to London St Pancras. Kenilworth Road is on Maple Road East in Bury Park, a densely built residential area about one and a half kilometres west of Luton town centre. Luton station is about 800 metres away; on foot it takes 15 to 20 minutes. The station is served by Thameslink and East Midlands Railway, with trains to and from London St Pancras and Bedford. The ground is surrounded by houses, so some of the entrances run between the homes.

At Luton Town, hospitality is based in the executive boxes and lounges of Kenilworth Road. The difference with a regular ticket is the seat and the service: a good seat, a separate entrance and food and drink before and after the match. In a small ground with high demand for tickets, a package with a confirmed seat also gives certainty, especially for a corporate guest or a group.

試合当日の実用情報

Come well before kick-off. Residents' parking permits apply around the ground and parking spaces are limited; the car park at Luton station fills up early on matchdays. So it is best to come by train and walk from Luton station to the ground. If you fly, you land at London Luton Airport and reach the town quickly by DART and train.
