The Accu Stadium has been the home of Huddersfield Town since 1994. The club moved a short distance from Leeds Road, where they had played for 86 years. The ground stood out straight away with its curved roofs on steel arches and won the Building of the Year award from RIBA, the British architects' institute, in 1995. It holds 24,121.

Huddersfield Town play in League One in the 2026/27 season, the third tier of English football. In the 1920s the club became the first in England to win the league title three times in a row. The most eagerly awaited match is the West Yorkshire derby against Bradford City, who also play in League One. Leeds United are the historic rivals from the region.

Huddersfield lies between Manchester and Leeds, and a direct train runs from Manchester Airport. We can put together a tailor-made football trip with ticket, accommodation and transport. Buses 202, 203 and 229 stop on Leeds Road, less than ten minutes' walk from the ground. By car, take junction 24 of the M62.

The difference with a regular ticket is the seat and the service: a good seat, a separate entrance and food and drink in a lounge before and after the match. Arrive well before kick-off and walk from the station; it takes about fifteen minutes. There is parking around the ground, but the roads are busy after the match. Away supporters are in the south stand. By train you can be in Manchester in about half an hour. If you are travelling from abroad, Manchester Airport is the most convenient airport, with a direct train to Huddersfield.
