The Olympiastadion is one of the best-known stadiums in Europe. It was built for the 1936 Olympic Games and thoroughly modernised between 2000 and 2004. That was followed by the 2006 World Cup final, the 2015 Champions League final and the Euro 2024 final. The German Cup final is also played here every year.

Hertha BSC are the biggest club in the German capital and play in the 2. Bundesliga in the 2026/27 season. The blue athletics track around the pitch is in the club colours. For matches against major traditional clubs the stadium fills up well and the atmosphere is at its best.

For a visitor, Berlin is an ideal destination: a big city with plenty of culture and history and a stadium that is easy to reach by U-Bahn and S-Bahn. The Olympiastadion is in the Westend district, in the borough of Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf, about ten kilometres west of the Brandenburg Gate. The stadium is in the Olympiapark. U-Bahn line U2 stops at Olympia-Stadion, about 500 metres from the east entrance. Olympiastadion S-Bahn station, served by lines S3 and S9, is even closer to the entrances. From Zoologischer Garten you are there in fifteen minutes on the U2 or the S-Bahn.

At Hertha BSC, hospitality is based in the business seats and boxes of the Olympiastadion. The difference with a regular ticket is the seat and the service: a good seat, a separate entrance and food and drink in a lounge before and after the match. In a stadium of this size it is a comfortable way to experience the game, especially for a corporate guest or a group.

試合当日の実用情報

Come well before kick-off and use public transport, as it is busy around the stadium on matchdays. With just over 74,000 seats the platforms can be packed after the match; the U-Bahn and the S-Bahn give you two routes back into the city. If you fly, you land at BER and take the S-Bahn or a regional train to the centre, then continue to the stadium. We can combine that into a tailor-made football trip with ticket, accommodation and transport. If you want to make a day of it, the Brandenburg Gate, the Reichstag building and the Kurfürstendamm are a short ride away by public transport.
