The Estadio Nuevo Mirandilla is the home of Cádiz CF, founded in 1910 and playing in yellow and blue. The ground opened in 1955 as the Estadio Ramón de Carranza. Between 2003 and 2012 every stand was replaced. Today it is a compact stadium with just over 20,000 seats. Since 2021 it has been called Nuevo Mirandilla, after the place where the club used to play.

In the 2026/27 season Cádiz play in the Segunda División, the second tier of Spanish football. The club's nickname is Submarino Amarillo, the yellow submarine. The city is famous throughout Spain for its humour and its carnival, and you notice that in the stands too.

Cádiz is one of the oldest cities in Europe, with a stadium close to the beach. The nearest airport is Jerez, with a direct rail link to the stadium; we can put together a tailor-made football trip with ticket, accommodation and transport. The Estadio Nuevo Mirandilla is on the Plaza de Madrid, in the newer southern part of Cádiz. The Playa de la Victoria beach is a few streets away. The old town is just over three kilometres to the north. Estadio station on local line C-1 is right next to the ground; from Cádiz station in the old town the train takes just a few minutes. City buses from the centre also pass the stadium.

At Cádiz, hospitality is based in the business seats and boxes of the ground. The difference with a regular ticket is the seat and the service: a good seat, a separate entrance and food and drink in a lounge before and after the match. In a compact stadium with an exuberant crowd it is a comfortable way to experience the game, especially for a corporate guest or a group.

試合当日の実用情報

Come well before kick-off and travel by train or bus, as parking near the ground is limited. Estadio station is right next to the stadium, so after the final whistle you are quickly back in the old town. From Jerez airport, local line C-1 runs directly to Cádiz; trains to the city also run from Seville. We can put together a tailor-made football trip with ticket, accommodation and transport.
