Real Madrid play at the Santiago Bernabéu, in the middle of Madrid on the Paseo de la Castellana. Tickets typically only become available one to two weeks before a match, after season ticket holders have had the chance to return their seat. For a trip planned in advance, a package with a confirmed seat is the only way to know you will get in.

After years of rebuilding, the Santiago Bernabéu has become one of the most striking stadiums in Europe. The steel shell wrapped around the building, the retractable roof and the steep tiers make it an imposing place, and unlike many modern grounds it has not been pushed out to the edge of the city. The Bernabéu still stands on Madrid's main avenue, with a metro station at its foot.
That makes visiting simple. You can stay in the centre, reach the ground in twenty minutes and get straight back afterwards. The atmosphere differs from England or Germany: demanding, impatient through a flat first half, then overwhelming the moment the match turns.
Ticketing is unpredictable. Real Madrid allow season ticket holders to release their seats, and those tickets only reach general sale shortly before the match. For a Clásico or a Champions League night, demand vastly outstrips supply. We arrange official hospitality and ticket packages with a confirmed seat, so you can book flights and a hotel rather than wait and hope.
The Santiago Bernabéu is on the Paseo de la Castellana, north of central Madrid. Santiago Bernabéu station (line 10) sits directly at the ground; Nuevos Ministerios, ten minutes' walk away, is a calmer option after the final whistle. From Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas airport, metro line 8 runs to Nuevos Ministerios, leaving a fifteen-minute onward journey.
Real Madrid offer extensive hospitality in the side stands and on the club levels around the halfway line. The contrast with a regular ticket is stark here, because the tiers rise steeply: regular seats often sit in the third ring, a long way from the pitch. Hospitality places you low and central, with a private entrance and lounge access with food and drink before and after the match.
This is the lowest price per type in our current range. The two figures may come from different fixtures, as prices vary considerably by opponent.
Arrive an hour to ninety minutes before kick-off; the crowd comes late and the entrances are busiest just before the teams appear. Spanish kick-off times are often late in the evening and are only confirmed a few weeks ahead, so leave room when booking your return. There are restaurants and bars along the Castellana near the ground. To make a day of it, the Prado, Retiro park and Puerta del Sol are a short metro ride away.
Usually one to two weeks before the match, after season ticket holders have had the chance to return their seat. For a trip booked earlier, a package with a confirmed seat is the only reliable option.
It varies sharply by opponent and stand. This page shows the current starting price per type as soon as we have availability. A Clásico or Champions League night costs considerably more.
Santiago Bernabéu station on line 10 is right at the ground. From the airport, line 8 runs to Nuevos Ministerios, from where the stadium is fifteen minutes away.
The tiers rise steeply, so regular seats often end up in the third ring. Hospitality puts you low and central, with a private entrance and lounge access.
