AC Milan play at San Siro, officially the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza, in the west of Milan. The ground is shared with Internazionale and holds more than 75,000, so tickets for ordinary league matches are often available; for derbies and European nights they disappear quickly. Metro line 5 reaches the ground from the centre in about twenty minutes.

San Siro is one of the few large stadiums in Europe where the architecture is itself part of the experience. The spiral towers on the outside and the three steep tiers within make it a building you remember, even when the football disappoints. The roof traps the sound, which lifts the atmosphere sharply when the ground is full.
The Curva Sud, home to the Milan support, sets the tone with flags, banners and singing that runs through the whole match. Unlike in England the crowd is spread across an enormous space, so the noise arrives in waves rather than continuously.
Milan is a comfortable destination: plenty of flights, a compact centre and a ground well served by the metro. Tickets for regular league fixtures are often obtainable, but the city derby against Internazionale and Champions League nights are a different matter. We arrange official hospitality and ticket packages with a confirmed seat, including for the fixtures that sell out fast.
San Siro is in the district of the same name, about six kilometres west of central Milan. Metro line 5, the lilac line, has its own San Siro Stadio stop a few minutes' walk from the ground; from the Duomo the journey takes around twenty minutes with one change. From Malpensa airport the Malpensa Express runs to Cadorna, where you change to the metro. Linate is closer to the city and connected by metro line 4.
AC Milan's official hospitality is housed in the skyboxes and the first-tier lounges along the side of the pitch. The contrast with a regular ticket is considerable at San Siro: general seats often sit in the second or third tier, high above the pitch and up a steep climb. Hospitality gives you a first-tier seat close to the play, a dedicated entrance and lounge service before and after the match.
This is the lowest price per type in our current range. The two figures may come from different fixtures, as prices vary considerably by opponent.
Arrive ninety minutes before kick-off. There is little in the way of bars and restaurants near the ground; the build-up happens mostly on the concourse and around the stalls on Piazzale Axum. Bring photo identification, as Italian ticket checks frequently ask for a document matching the name on the ticket. To make a day of it, the Duomo, the Galleria and the Castello Sforzesco are all a short metro ride apart in the centre.
For midweek league matches there is often general availability. For the derby against Internazionale and Champions League nights it goes quickly, and a package with a confirmed seat removes the risk.

Yes, both clubs use San Siro. The stand layouts and the atmosphere differ by club, but the building and the journey there are the same.
